summer traveling is no excuse for missing workouts...
Don't let summer vacations be an excuse for slacking on your workouts. ONLINE BOOTCAMPS are the perfect way to exercise on the go. A new workout is emailed to you each week with detailed instructions and animations. Now there really are no excuses!

Online boot camps ROCK!!! I love working out the crew at No Excuses. I'm good in a group, but on my own I'm a little less motivated. But because I love the way I look and feel after my No Excuses Workouts, I decided to "take it on the road" this summer for vacation. It was awesome. The workouts come with a little man (cartoon not IRL) who shows you the move (have you ever read a workout and thought--I'm supposed to do what--twist while lifting my leg and holding a weight in my hand? I need someone to show me not just a still picture of one pose of the move. Cartoon man was just the ticket!) I brought my 10 lb medicine ball and my balance ball (whatever you call those things) and I was all set. I actually lost a pound while on vacation!!!!
ReplyDeleteI happen to own my own TRX and wanted to use it on my "off" days. I couldn't remember enough exercises to make up a workout. The TRX online workout is great! Even though you don't get cartoon man, it does tell you which way to face and how long the straps should be and with the description it's easy to remember the moves and have your TRX workout on the road.
If you can't get to No Excuses or you are going on the road, I highly suggest the online bootcamps and TRX workouts! Get both and you can mix it up--just like at No Excuses.
