"I have never really been a group workout person. I've always taken that time...certainly since having kids... as a time for myself. Time to enjoy music, work through something on my mind, pray... whatever. I was doubtful I would enjoy Nikki's because I didn't want to give this stuff up. Well, being talked into it by a friend, I was so surprised by how much I loved it and in so many ways! First off, it's awesome to have an encouraging & motivational trainer putting together a challenging, yet doable, workout. It's like a day off because all I have to do is just show up for class. Nikki is always introducing new exercises with cutting-edge, and often interesting, equipment. It keeps workouts fresh, fun & stimulating. As for working out with a group, it couldn't be more enjoyable! Real women sharing mostly lots of laughs interspersed with parenting tips, life stuff, health goals & concerns...just daily living...with A LOT of laughs! What more can you ask for? Great fun while getting an awesome workout...talk about getting the endorphins pumping!"

found is I despise repetition. I can honestly say that I don't think I've
done the same workout twice and I've been doing them for almost 2 years now.
